1. Become a registered user and log in.

 

 

 

2. Click on the "My Video" tab.

3. Complete form fields, attach video and click the "Upload Video" link. Your video will not be visible until approved by an administrator. You may upload a video from your computer - OR - post a video from another site (such as YouTube) with a URL or Imbedded URL.
